01Is a private chef included?

At 72 of our 190 Punta Mita villas, yes. Meal schedules vary by villa: often breakfast and lunch, at some all three meals, and each villa page states its own. At the other 118 villas we arrange a private chef at additional cost, and your quote shows it before you book.

02What does a staffed villa cost per night?

From $795 to $21,000 a night before taxes and extras, depending on size and season. Villas with a chef included start from $1,100.

03Who pays for groceries?

Groceries and drinks are not part of the nightly rate. 17 villas add a shopping fee of 10–20% on top of the grocery bill; each villa page says whether it applies, and your quote repeats it.

04Is there a service charge?

At 64 villas, yes: between 5% and 15% of the rental, stated on each villa page. The others leave staff gratuities to you.

05Is a butler or house manager included?

A butler or waiter is included at 33 villas. At 22 more, mostly the larger estates, a house manager runs the house and the staff. Each villa page lists its team under Staff.

06Is housekeeping daily?

At 186 of the 190 villas, yes. At the others your advisor confirms the schedule before you book.

07Can the chef cook for allergies and special diets?

Yes. Send your group's allergies and preferences to your advisor before arrival, and the chef plans the menus and the shopping around them.

08Which villas suit large groups?

Villa Punta Pacifico Estate sleeps 38 in 17 bedrooms. Casa del Faro sleeps 24 and Casa Koko sleeps 22. For bigger groups we arrange neighbouring villas with one coordinated team.
