Villa Punta Pacifico Estate

Punta Pacifico Estate is the two adjoining villas of Punta Pacifico Norte and Punta Pacifico Sur taken as one house, and together they hold seventeen bedrooms and seventeen bathrooms for up to thirty-eight guests. The estate stands in Pacifico Estates, the headland at the western end of the Punta Mita peninsula, on the ground above the Tail of the Whale, the island green that closes the Pacifico course. The two residences connect directly, so a large group can spread out across both wings or gather in a single room without leaving the property.

Each half keeps its own gourmet kitchen, living room and dining table, which is what makes the arrangement work for two or three families travelling together. Between them the estate holds two media rooms, two game rooms fitted with a pool table, ping-pong, foosball, shuffleboard and card games, a golf simulator, a full gym and a spa with treatment rooms. Two entertainment spaces, each known as the 19th Hole, seat up to eighty people combined and make a natural setting for a rehearsal dinner or a company evening. The seventeen suites hold king and queen beds, each with an ensuite bathroom and most with a private terrace and an ocean outlook.

Outside, two heated infinity pools with jacuzzis face the water, with fire-pit lounges, a rooftop lounge, a putting green, landscaped gardens and dining terraces set around them, and two outdoor kitchens with grills and pizza ovens for cooking in the open. A full household team comes with the estate: private chefs, butlers, housekeepers and a concierge who plans the week before arrival. Moke cars and golf carts are on hand for moving around the resort, parking includes an electric-vehicle charger, and the estate has heliport access for arrivals by air.

A Premier Golf Membership at Club Punta Mita is included, opening the two Jack Nicklaus Signature courses at Pacifico and Bahia, the private beach clubs at Pacifico, Kupuri and the St Regis, the tennis, pickleball and paddle courts and the fitness centre. The Pacifico beach club and the clubhouse sit a few minutes away by cart, the village of Punta de Mita about ten minutes by road, Sayulita twenty-five, and Puerto Vallarta International Airport roughly forty.
