Every Villa Experience villa rental in Mexico includes daily housekeeping and a dedicated concierge. Most villas also include a private chef — two or three meals daily, with groceries billed at cost — and where the chef isn’t included, your advisor arranges one, priced clearly before you book. Many flagship properties — particularly in Punta Mita, Los Cabos, and the Riviera Maya — also include a butler, bartender, and pool attendant. Your concierge arranges restaurant reservations, excursions, spa treatments, airport transfers, and celebrations.

Villa Experience offers villas from intimate 2-bedroom retreats to grand 20+ bedroom estates. Our collection accommodates couples, families, multigenerational groups of 30 or more, destination weddings up to 200 guests, and corporate retreats. For extra-large groups, we coordinate adjacent villas — most notably the four-hacienda compound at Fatima Bay (Hacienda del Mar, Jaguar, Magica, Corazon), which combines for up to 51 bedrooms and 100+ guests.

Yes — destination weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, corporate retreats, and family reunions are core to what our concierge team does. Many flagship estates have purpose-built event spaces; Casa Bellamar in Los Cabos and the Hacienda compound in Riviera Maya are both designed for celebrations of 100+ guests. Your concierge coordinates with local wedding planners, caterers, florists, photographers, and musicians.

For peak season (December through April) and holidays, book 6–12 months in advance, especially for large villas and Punta Mita and Los Cabos. A Villa Experience villa is an entire private property — the pool, the staff, and the schedule are yours alone. For groups of six or more, the per-person cost is often lower than equivalent hotel suites at a comparable luxury tier, because villas are priced per-property and meals are prepared in-house at grocery cost rather than ordered from restaurant menus. Hotels offer convenience and amenities like spas and gyms; villas offer privacy, scale, and the rhythm of a home.
