The concierge can assist with coordination for smaller gatherings. However, engaging a seasoned event planner is required for more elaborate events requiring furniture rentals, decor, music, and other intricate details.

Event Guidelines and Planner Responsibilities

• Staffing Needs: Include caterers, bartenders, and servers.
• Responsibilities: Moving villa furniture, setting up and removing all event furniture, overseeing guest reception, managing bathroom attendants, etc.
• Rentals: Tables, chairs, glassware, and settings must be rented.
• Additional Needs: The event planner is responsible for decorations, flowers, a photographer, entertainment, etc.
• Coordination: The event planner is responsible for coordinating vendor arrivals and ensuring a smooth execution of the event.
• Noise Levels and Music: The villa is in a neighborhood with noise bylaws; thus, loud music must conclude by midnight.
• Professional Photos: Events can be used to promote and showcase the property, enhancing exposure.
