Additional Staff Information

The cook, cook helper, and butler work from 9 AM to 8 PM during high season rates and from 9 AM to 6 PM during low season rates. However, they will gladly stay past 6 PM to prepare and serve cocktails and dinner at a rate of $18 each per hour past 6 PM.
