A mandatory USD 2,000 security deposit is applicable. The villa comprises three full bedrooms and one loft. Rates are subject to change without notice: no smoking and no pets policy. Children are welcome. Maximum occupancy: 6 adults, two children. Check-In at 3 pm, Check-Out by 11 am. The community observes quiet hours post 10 pm (no loud music allowed).
