Pacífico Estates is one of the most exclusive enclaves inside the gates of Punta Mita, next to the Pacífico golf course. We have five villas here, from six bedrooms to seventeen, sleeping fourteen to thirty-eight.

Two of them adjoin, and can be taken as one: together they make a seventeen-bedroom estate for thirty-eight, with two heated infinity pools and jacuzzis, two outdoor kitchens with grills and pizza ovens, bar areas and fire pits.

The others are estate-level houses with private pools, ocean and garden terraces, putting greens and rooftop lounges.

The Pacífico golf course is on site and the Pacífico Beach Club about five minutes’ walk. The Surf Club is a five-minute cart ride, the Bahía course and the Four Seasons ten. Sayulita is twenty-five minutes by car and Puerto Vallarta airport forty-five.

The Pacífico course is on site; the Bahía course is about a ten-minute golf-cart ride. Access and tee times are arranged through your concierge and confirmed in your written quote.
