Las Palmas is a community inside the gates of Punta Mita, set among the fairways of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Pacífico course. We have ten villas here, from three bedrooms to six, sleeping eight to fourteen.
Most are single-level or split-level houses on their own lots near the 2nd and 4th fairways, with private plunge pools, covered terraces, outdoor dining and barbecue grills set in tropical gardens. The larger ones add heated pools, jacuzzis and outdoor bar and grill areas.
The Pacífico Beach Club is a five-minute walk. The Kupuri and Sufi clubs are five-minute cart rides, the Surf Club at La Lancha ten, the Four Seasons five, and the St. Regis is adjacent. Puerto Vallarta airport is forty-five minutes.

03Are they on the golf course?
Most sit near the 2nd or 4th fairway of the Pacífico course, with golf-course and in some cases partial ocean views from the terraces.
04What is outside the houses?
Private plunge pools at the smaller villas, heated pools and jacuzzis at the larger ones, with covered terraces, outdoor dining, barbecue grills, sun loungers and tropical gardens. One has a pool safety guard available for children.
05How far is the beach?
The Pacífico Beach Club is about five minutes on foot. The Kupuri and Sufi clubs are five-minute cart rides and the Surf Club at La Lancha about ten.
