Set near the 4th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature PacĂfico Golf Course — with views of the famous Tail of the Whale island green — this four-bedroom villa with a dedicated kids’ bunk room accommodates up to twelve guests (eight adults plus four children) and embodies the open-air lifestyle that has made Punta Mita one of Mexico’s most coveted addresses. Guests are just a five-minute walk from the PacĂfico Beach Club and positioned between the Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts.
The villa features generously proportioned indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces designed for gathering and entertaining. The kitchen is fitted with top-of-the-range appliances and a BBQ grill for al fresco cooking. A Viva TV system delivers over 8,350 channels in multiple languages via Android box, while a private pool — with an optional safety guard available for families with young children — is surrounded by a secluded garden, creating a tranquil setting for sun-soaked afternoons.
On the lower level, the first master suite offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring indoor and outdoor showers and a bathtub, alongside a king guest bedroom with ensuite shower and bathtub, and a kids’ bunk room with four bunk beds and a guest bathroom next door — perfectly suited for younger children. Sayulita for a beer run was a fun side trip. But overall — Annual trip with five friends. Played Nicklaus both days, came back to the pool, had the cook handle dinner. Casa Sabba is set up for exactly this kind of trip — spacious, private, nobody stepping on each other. Bedrooms are spread out enough that the early risers and night owls coexisted peacefully.
We came to Punta Mita to do very little and succeeded spectacularly. The garden is thick with palms and the pool sits in the middle of it like a secret. The cook’s food was the rhythm of our days — breakfast when we surfaced, lunch whenever, dinner as the sun went down. Zarandeado, fresh tortillas, the best guacamole any of us had ever eaten. Surfed twice. Beach club once. Otherwise just… existed. The cook’s name was Fernando and we miss him.
