Part of the curated Villa Experience collection, Casa Caída de Agua is a five-star luxury villa in Punta Mita’s private Lagos del Mar enclave, designed for travelers who value privacy, service, and refined comfort. This exclusive retreat brings together high-end amenities and a personalized service ethos, creating a setting that suits serene family time, executive escapes, and meaningful celebrations in equal measure.
The villa sits within the Punta Mita Residential Community, a gated environment with 24-hour guarded access that emphasizes discretion and security. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Jack Nicklaus Signature Pacifico Golf Course, the property is framed by lush tropical landscaping, multiple terraces, and garden seating areas, cultivating a sense of seclusion while keeping guests connected to the area’s world-class amenities.
Thoughtfully scaled for groups, the residence offers five meticulously designed suites, including a private guest casita set apart from the main villa for added seclusion. Each suite is appointed with en-suite bathrooms and indoor/outdoor shower options, while select rooms feature private terraces, direct pool access, or tranquil garden settings. Shared living areas, from the open-air palapa lounge to the media room and gourmet kitchen, support both relaxed downtime and more formal gatherings.
Daily life here flows easily between indoor and outdoor spaces, with a heated infinity-edge pool, shaded pergola, and oceanfront dining areas extending the living environment into the gardens. Guests move from open-air lounging beneath a soaring palapa roof to media evenings, spa treatments, or bespoke meals prepared by the in-house culinary team. With full concierge support, attentive staff, and access to Punta Mita’s golf, spa, dining, and private beach clubs, the experience is designed to feel both effortless and highly tailored.
Within the Villa Experience portfolio, this villa reflects a focus on architecture, setting, and service working in quiet harmony. Every element—from pre-arrival pantry stocking to optional event planning and wellness treatments—supports a seamless stay, whether the purpose is a private family vacation, an intimate celebration, or a discreet executive retreat. It is a considered choice for guests seeking a fully serviced home in Punta Mita, curated and managed to Villa Experience standards.
