Guests can also dine in style with a formal dining table seating 12 and an outdoor dining table seating 8.

For entertainment, the house features Smart TVs with an Apple TV app, one TV per room, and two large TVs in the living room and TV room. Guests can also enjoy a Bose Soundbar Speaker in the dining room and an ONYX STUDIO 7 Harmon/Kardon that can be used outdoors.
The outdoor space at Casa Alba is private and surrounded by nature, featuring a heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi for more than ten people, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, outdoor chairs, a fire pit for 12 people, and an outdoor grill area.

Casa Alba’s staff includes a concierge, private chef, bartender, and housekeeper. Guests also have access to a golf cart with three rows that can seat six people.

The house also has high-speed internet, air conditioning, heat, televisions, towels, linens, hairdryers, bathroom essentials, and a laundry room.
