Villa Selva 33 sits in the jungle-side neighbourhood of Selva, near the centre of the Punta Mita peninsula, where the planting closes in enough that each house keeps its own weather. Four bedrooms and a dedicated bunk room sleep twelve. The architecture is contemporary and low-slung, built around woven palapa ceilings, lime-plastered walls and stone floors, with full-height glass that treats the garden as part of the plan rather than a view of it. It suits a family that wants the resort’s amenities and its own quiet in the same week.

The house opens outward from a single living volume: sliding walls give onto a covered terrace, and the terrace onto a private pool set in lawn and planting, with a firepit positioned for the hour after dinner and a dining table under cover for the hours before it. The bedrooms are arranged for privacy. Three hold king beds, one holds two queen beds, and a fifth room is fitted with a custom timber bunk structure with its own stair, which is what carries the house to twelve. Several bedrooms open to balconies of their own. Five bathrooms serve the property.

Daily housekeeping is included and a personal concierge arranges the stay in advance and through it. A private chef, butler, bartender, pre-arrival grocery stocking, in-villa spa and wellness treatments, transportation and additional golf-cart rental are all available at further cost. Selva’s position near the middle of the peninsula puts most of Punta Mita within a few minutes by cart: the beach clubs and the golf clubhouse in one direction, the marina and the surf break at El Anclote in another. The restaurants and boutiques of Punta de Mita town are around ten minutes, Sayulita twenty-five by road, and Puerto Vallarta International Airport roughly forty.
