Selva is the jungle-side neighbourhood near the centre of the Punta Mita peninsula, where the planting is dense enough that the houses are barely aware of one another. We have three villas here, each of four bedrooms, sleeping ten to twelve.
They share an architecture: contemporary in line but soft in material — woven palapa ceilings, lime-plastered walls, stone floors, slatted timber screens and full-height glass.
Each has a private pool set in a landscaped garden, a firepit terrace, a covered outdoor living area and an outdoor dining area. One has private balconies off three bedrooms; another gives every bedroom its own terrace or garden access; one comes with a six-passenger golf cart.
The community is gated around the clock, with private parking at each house.

01Where is Selva?
On the jungle side of the Punta Mita peninsula, near its centre, inland from the beachfront communities. The planting is dense enough there that each house is private from the next.
