Terrazas is exactly what it looks like — modern, clean, well-maintained, ocean from the shared terrace. The cook prepared beautiful evening meals all week. We surfed in the morning, came back to a clean house and the cook’s lunch, napped, surfed again or golf-carted to the beach club. Three of us for four nights. The shared pool was usually empty when we used it. No complaints. Straightforward Punta Mita at a sensible scale.
