At 4 of our 47 Los Cabos villas: Casa Bellamar, Casa Captiva, Casa Naah Payil and Villa Mar Azul. At every other villa we arrange a private chef at additional cost, and your quote shows it before you book. How the chef service works.

02What does a staffed villa cost per night?

From $1,050 to $8,500 a night before taxes and extras, depending on size and season. Villas with a chef included start from $1,950.

03Is housekeeping daily?

At 19 villas, yes. At 18 more it runs on set days — for example Monday to Saturday, or on arrival, mid-stay and departure. Each villa page states its schedule.

04Is a butler or house manager included?

A butler is included at 4 villas. At 14 villas a house or property manager looks after the house and the staff. At many others a butler can be added at additional cost.

05What does the concierge do?

A concierge is included at 46 of the 47 villas. They book boats, golf, tables, spa therapists, drivers and a chef if you want one.

06Who pays for groceries?

Groceries and drinks are not part of the nightly rate. Your quote states how they are handled at your villa before you book.

07Which villas suit large groups?

Casa Brooks sleeps 22 in 10 bedrooms. Casa Cielo sleeps 20 and Villa Bellissima sleeps 18. For bigger groups we arrange neighbouring villas with one coordinated team.

08Are airport transfers included?

No. Your concierge books a private car from Los Cabos airport (SJD), priced by vehicle and group size.

09How do we book?
