Casa Aqua Blanca was constructed in 2022 and is strategically placed in one of Cabo’s favorite communities, Punta Bella. This exclusive community is situated on the tourist corridor, just a 10-minute drive to downtown San Jose del Cabo and a 25-minute drive to the heart of Cabo San Lucas. Casa Aqua Blanca is a contemporary home that perfectly combines modern architecture and new construction. Each of the seven bedrooms features comfortable beds, plush linens, en-suite bathrooms, and beautiful lighting. Guests will enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table for 14, an in-home fitness room, and a 180″ Smart TV in the living room, perfect for watching the big game or your favorite shows in the evenings. This villa’s outdoor living area is expansive and accommodating, offering multiple levels of lounging areas. The large pool can be accessed from the rooftop firepit and lounge area via one of two clear waterslides cascading down to the lower level. Additionally, guests will love the jacuzzi, gas BBQ, outdoor bar and entertainment area, and its easy beach access.

Casa Aqua Blanca maintains enhanced cleaning practices, including disinfecting high-touch surfaces with disinfectant. The villa is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Parking is available on the property. The fitness room is fully equipped with exercise equipment. An iron and ironing board are provided.

Guests can enjoy the private heated pool and hot tub. The pool area includes a gas BBQ and a patio for outdoor dining and relaxation.
