The property features a quintessential main house and four separate guest casitas, each providing nine bedrooms, nine and a half bathrooms, and accommodating up to 19 people. The approximately two-acre property boasts over 400 feet of ocean frontage, a heated pool made from custom mosaic tile, thatched roof palapas at the pool, a private gym, a swim-up pool bar on the beach, and a solar-lit tennis court.

Chef & Butler Services

Chef and butler services are included for up to 10 people. For 11 people or more, extra helpers are required as follows: 7 – 12 people require one extra helper at USD 170.00 plus 16% tax per day, 13 – 16 people require two extra helpers at USD 340.00 plus 16% tax per day, and 17 – 18 people require three extra helpers at USD 510.00 plus 16% tax per day. Please note that the cost of food is not included.

Event Fees

Casa Bellamar can accommodate weddings or special events for up to 100 guests. The event fees are as follows: 4 nights stay plus $7,500 for up to 50 guests, $10,000 for 50-75 guests, and $15,000 for 100 guests. These rates do not include taxes. A security deposit of USD 25,000 is required for events only.

Policies

Casa Bellamar has a no-smoking policy, both indoors and outdoors. A USD 500 penalty can be added for violations. Pets are not allowed. Events are permitted with an additional fee. All groups must have a member of 30 years of age as a signing renter.
