With seven bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms, this villa can sleep up to 18 guests. Six of the seven bedrooms boast king-sized beds, private bathrooms, a balcony/terrace, and ocean views. Indoor features include a gourmet kitchen (with additional kitchens available in the kid’s room and Casita), a bar, indoor dining, a water purification system, and professional exercise equipment.

Once you enter the main pool terrace, you’ll discover enchanting outdoor amenities overlooking the Sea of Cortez’s warm sands and brilliant blues. A unique, private path winds past the lawn area directly down to the beach while the beautiful swimming pool (with a swim-up bar), jacuzzi, fire pit, and lounge chairs are nearby. Surrounded by swaying palm trees, you’ll find numerous seating options tucked along the property to relax and enjoy the magnificent views.

Other outdoor features include a massive palapa that shades the outdoor lounge area, patio dining for up to 14 guests, an outdoor bar area, gas barbeque, a swinging bench, and lush gardens. This venue is ideal for small weddings, celebrations, and events as it can accommodate up to 100 guests sitting or standing. With a caretaker and Butler on-site and the option for daily chef services, guests can indulge in luxurious relaxation at its finest.
