Why Pedregal?
Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas is where luxury living in Los Cabos began. Established in the 1970s on the dramatic granite hillside above the Pacific, Pedregal was Cabo’s first gated residential community and remains its most iconic. Known as “The Beverly Hills of Cabo,” the community features stunning villas that seem to cling to cliffsides in displays of seemingly impossible architecture, with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, the Sea of Cortez, Cabo San Lucas Bay, the marina, and the famous El Arco formation at Land’s End. Cobblestone streets wind through the community past dramatic desert landscaping and world-class estates.
Pedregal’s prime location places you minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas, the marina, and all the city’s restaurants, shopping, and nightlife — yet within the gated community’s 24-hour security, the atmosphere is peaceful and exclusive. Residents enjoy a semi-private Pacific beach accessible only to the community, tennis and pickleball courts, The Mountain Club (a private wellness and social club featuring pools, spa, and the Fénix restaurant by Chef César Pita), and a children’s park. The community is also home to the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal (formerly The Resort at Pedregal), accessible through Mexico’s only privately owned tunnel — a dramatic entrance to one of the world’s finest resorts, featuring El Farallón clifftop dining and a world-class spa.
