PH Vista el Encanto

Penthouse Vista Encanto occupies the top floor of a building in El Encanto, a gated enclave of low-rise condominiums inside the Punta Mita resort, a few minutes from the St Regis. Three bedrooms sleep eight. What sets the residence apart is its position: there are no neighbours on one side, and the terrace wraps the living space on several fronts, so the outlook runs uninterrupted over the jungle canopy to the Pacifico and Bahia fairways and on to Banderas Bay. El Encanto sits above the Bahia course on the quieter side of the peninsula, which puts the St Regis and its beach within a short cart ride, the Pacifico and Kupuri beach clubs a little further west, and the marina and the El Anclote surf break beyond them. The fishing village of Punta de Mita and its restaurants are around ten minutes from the gate, Sayulita twenty-five by road, and Puerto Vallarta International Airport roughly forty.
