In addition, guests of Casa Tres Soles have access to two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, private beach clubs, the Four Seasons and St. Regis Resort restaurants, and the tennis club. In addition, the villa boasts a fully-equipped gym, a serviced spa, and five-star amenities.

The villa rental includes a house manager, assistant house manager, cook and kitchen stewards, four waiters, bartenders, concierge, housekeepers, laundress, and children’s activity director. The entire team ensures that guests have everything they need. This stunning beach villa offers 180-degree views over Banderas Bay and an impressive infinity pool that snakes around the property, so you are never far from the water. In addition, there is direct private beach access from the villa.
Wedding & Event Policy
Suppose you plan to entertain additional outside guests and host special events at Casa Tres Soles. In that case, it requires more staff to ensure the service. Therefore, we have the following guidelines when planning a special events, celebrations, poolside gatherings & weddings at Casa Tres Soles.
Entertainment of Additional Guests
Included in our guest’s stay, the Casa Tres Soles staff can cater to up to 18 or 20 guests with small children. We ask that guests always notify the team 48 hours before expecting outside guests to join them at Casa Tres Soles. You may invite outside guests to join them for a meal, an afternoon swim, or a cocktail party. The additional outside per guest fee: is $65.00.
Suppose guests of Casa Tres Soles choose to entertain outside guests. In that case, there is a maximum of 35 guests, including those staying overnight in Casa Tres Soles. For over 35 total guests, a special event fee applies.
Special Events
All events require Casa Tres Soles owner approval before your reservation confirmation. The maximum number for special events at Casa Tres Soles is 65 to 80 guests, including those staying overnight at Casa Tres Soles. We require a minimum 3 to 5-night stay for special occasions. It is essential to consider that you are in a gated community. Our neighbors hear noise or sound outside at Casa Tres Soles, including those from musical instruments, musical ensembles, or groups. Please keep it at an appropriate level not to be bothering our neighbors.
Also prohibited is the use of excessive lights for events with sound or other spectacles that may affect the exterior luminosity of our neighboring community. The guest’s choice of event planner and catering company also requires owner approval. We will gladly supply our recommended list of professional event planners and caterers. A particular event schedule, including date, time, number of guests, wedding planner, and catering company, must please be submitted to the Villa Manager at least three weeks before your arrival.
Casa Tres Soles has limited parking; therefore, event guests must take a taxi van or bus to the villa.
Casa Tres Soles Event Fees:
36 to 50 guests, including those staying overnight in Casa Tres Soles: $ 8,000
51 to 65 guests, including those staying overnight in Casa Tres Soles: $ 9,000
66 to 80 guests, including those staying overnight in Casa Tres Soles: $10,000 PLUS 16% IVA
