  • Taxes: Lodging Tax 3%, Government Tax 16%.
  • Damage Insurance: USD 199 (non-refundable).
  • Security Deposit: A USD 2,000 refundable security deposit may apply.
  • Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests (10 adults and two children).
  • Additional Guests: USD 65 + taxes per person per night for more than ten guests.
  • Check-In: 3:00 PM | Check-Out: 10:00 AM.
  • Pet Policy: Small pets are allowed with the owner’s confirmation.
  • Noise Policy: Quiet hours after 9 PM – no loud music allowed.
