Villa Sara welcomes you with open arms, but there are a few things to bear in mind:

Be prepared for additional taxes and security deposits. This includes a Lodging Tax of 3%, a Government Tax of 16%, and a non-refundable Damage Insurance of USD 149.
A security deposit of USD 2,000 might be applicable.
The villa comfortably accommodates ten adults and two children (11 years and under), with a maximum occupancy of 12 persons. Any guest over ten will be charged an additional USD 65 + taxes per night.
No extra guests are permitted.
Kindly refrain from smoking within the premises.
