The entire home is adorned with elegant marble flooring throughout as well as natural stone/granite countertops. Featuring 2 levels and 4,050 square feet, this villa sleeps 8 adults with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The spacious primary bedroom boasts an eye-catching private terrace with magnificent ocean views in addition to a california-king Tempurpedic mattress, an incredible 42’ television and a private bathroom.

The fourth bedroom suite is located within its own private, tastefully-designed 800 square foot casita and includes a private bathroom and a spacious terrace. Other indoor features include a full kitchen with first-class appliances, a breakfast bar and table dining for 6, a media center in the living room, 4 satellite televisions and a water purification system.

Outside, guests will find plenty of inviting space to relax and entertain on the open-air patio. Just steps from the beach, you’ll delight in the cool ocean breeze as you splash in the infinity pool or unwind in the 4-person jacuzzi. Delectable family dinners can be cooked and served outdoors with a gas barbeque and patio dining for 8. After a long day in the sun, kick back and relax in the hammock or around the gas fire pit as you enjoy a glass of wine or a cocktail. • Because of the tranquil location of Villa Kash off the beaten path, this “off the grid” villa operates on solar energy and generators. Every effort is made to ensure a comfortable stay for guests, but power limitations may affect air conditioner capacity from time to time. Please note that internet availability may also be inconsistent.
• PLEASE NOTE: $50/day of propane included in the rental. Excessive propane use will be billed at $35 per percent upon check out. Please be sure to conserve and do not leave A/C running with doors open.
