Check In Instructions

• A 12% service fee ( not included in the rate ) is requested.
• Rates do not include the 19% tax
• Down payment of 50% of the rental is required to block dates.
• The remaining balance will be collected 30 days prior to the check-in date. ( 60 days for Christmas and New Years rentals )
• From December 15th to January 07th, a 7 nights mínimum stay is requested.
• A reservation booked less than 30 days from the check-in date requires payment in full at the time the reservation is made.
• Reservations may be paid with major credit cards; American Express, Visa or Master Card, Paypal or Wire Transfer.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE COVERED UPON CHECK IN WITH A CREDIT CARD VOUCHER (VISA OR MASTERCARD) A credit card with signature will be kept on file for any damages. You are required to leave the unit as you received it. If you do not have a Visa or Mastercard Credit Card, it will be requested in CASH upon Check-In. In this case, the security deposit will be returned via Electronic transfer within 5 business days after your check out.

A true paradise!!!

Everything about our experience was wonderful. John's condo was clean, spacious, well equipped with everything you might need and very nicely furnished. Would stay there again in a minute. His manager, Rosy was right there to hepl with anything you might need and to answer any questions about the area. We had a rntal car and the beaches, town and shopping were just 5 minutes away. We did see the Maya ruins which was nearby. Our grown kids were able to take long bike rides to the nearby beaches and town. A great lazy, relaxing, stress free vacation and we didn't want to leave.

Great first VRBO experience

This was our first experience with VRBO, and it couldn't have been better! John was a great communicator & Rosy was very helpful with our arrival. The condo has literally everything you could possibly need with all the comforts of home. My only wish was that it were closer to the beach, but the trade-off was completely worth it for the amenities, especially AC & wifi, and being so close to the store. The wifi worked perfectly the whole time. Also, can't complain about the bike rides which helped break up our lazy days at the beach. Taxis were easy to use when we didn't want to bike or at night. Didn't miss having a car, but would consider it for a larger group. Definitely recommend this unit & Tulum. We'll be back!

Superb & Relaxing Vacation

We stayed in Johns condo in Real Zama for 3 weeks in January and it was delightful. The condo is comfortable and fully equipped throughout. Comfy beds and secure surroundings are important, and Johns place has that and more! We enjoyed the patio daily as well as the roof top terrace with its great Weber BBQ and a fantastic sunset view! We loved having the bikes for our daily trips to the beach and to el centro Tulum. The condo is super handy to the supermarket across the beach road, and there are SO many amazing choices for restaurants both in town and on the beach, and you can ride to them! The courtyard and pool are pristine with great loungers and fantastic natural vegetation. Rosy is a great property manager, going far beyond her probable duties to help us with taxis, bike questions and water delivery, she's just plain lovely. We're very familiar with Tulum and knew Real Zama was top notch before arriving and also know we'll be back to Johns condo and dreamy Tulum.
