Los Muertos Beach is Puerto Vallarta’s main town beach, at the foot of the Romantic Zone. What we have here is a set of oceanfront residences in one landmark beachfront building — three and four bedrooms, sleeping six to eight, on the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh floors.
Every one of them is a corner of the same address: open-air living and dining spaces that run straight out to a terrace above the sand, private pools or heated infinity pools on the terrace itself, and the full width of Banderas Bay in front. The top-floor residence has a rooftop infinity pool and a 360-degree view.
The beach is directly below, with access from the building. The Malecón is a mile away, the Romantic Zone a few blocks, Marina Vallarta a five-mile drive and the airport six miles.
