The Romantic Zone — Zona Romántica — is the walkable quarter south of the Río Cuale with the densest run of restaurants, bars and galleries in Puerto Vallarta. We have one villa on the hillside above it: fourteen bedrooms, sleeping twenty-eight.

It is the largest house in our Puerto Vallarta collection. Two outdoor hot tubs, an infinity pool with an ocean view, a bar, a barbecue, covered alfresco dining and terraces facing the bay.

Los Muertos Beach is 1.5 km away, downtown 2.6 km, and the restaurants and bars 1.7 km. The airport is 11 km, about thirty-five minutes by car.

Why Romantic Zone?

The Romantic Zone — Zona Romántica — is Puerto Vallarta’s beating heart: cobblestone streets lined with galleries, cafés, taquerías, and cocktail bars, running down to the sand of Los Muertos Beach and its famous pier. It is the city’s best neighborhood for guests who want to walk everywhere — dinner, live music, and the Malecón are all minutes from the door.
