The villa’s graceful, flowing architecture reveals expansive living areas, luxurious furnishings, and exceptional amenities. You’ll find Saltillo flooring, granite, and marble counters throughout.

The main features of the home include a professional-style gourmet kitchen (complete with a water purification system, 2 Gaggenau built-in fryers, a Traulson refrigerator, and an AGA range), a total gym (full with free weights, treadmill, elliptical, spin bike, and universal machines), a sauna (in the gym), a steam bath (in the primary suite), a full theater/media room (complete with surround-sound, ten reclining leather chairs and additional seating for up to 12 more) and indoor dining for up to 30 guests. Outdoors; guests will enjoy a remarkable space for entertaining with a main terrace that includes a sizeable infinity-edge lap pool with swim-up bar, jacuzzi, a shade structure, hardwood chaise lounge chairs and outdoor dining for up to 60 guests.
