With an additional 10,000 square feet of spectacular, private outdoor space, this venue can accommodate up to 100 guests (sitting or standing) for weddings, parties, or special events. The villa’s graceful, flowing architecture reveals expansive living areas, luxurious furnishings, and exceptional amenities. You’ll find Saltillo flooring, granite, and marble counters throughout.

The main features of the home include a professional-style gourmet kitchen (complete with a water purification system, 2 Gaggenau built-in fryers, a Traulson refrigerator, and an AGA range), a total gym (full with free weights, treadmill, elliptical, spin bike, and universal machines), a sauna (in the gym), a steam bath (in the primary suite), a full theater/media room (complete with surround-sound, ten reclining leather chairs and additional seating for up to 12 more) and indoor dining for up to 30 guests. Outdoors; guests will enjoy a remarkable space for entertaining with a main terrace that includes a sizeable infinity-edge lap pool with swim-up bar, jacuzzi, a shade structure, hardwood chaise lounge chairs and outdoor dining for up to 60 guests.
