Villa Renata’s five beautifully decorated bedroom suites have a soothing ambiance, soft tones, plush beds, and luxurious linens. Gorgeous beyond compare, the main suite has a King bed, private lounge area, and amazing views of the Cortez, with an ensuite bath that includes light coated-glass teardrop fixtures, floating sinks, and a freestanding tub next to a window looking out to the ocean. For even more indulgence, guests can unwind in the sauna and steam room and then be pampered with in-villa spa services in the comfort of Renata’s very own spa suite, complete with salon chairs, a manicure and pedicure station, and a massage bed.

With a view of the pool terrace and ocean waves peeking through swaying palm trees, Villa Renata’s ultra-luxe living area is a beautiful space with designer decor and a chic wet bar and lounge. The home also has a media room with a massive flat screen, ample seating, and a separate study/office with a desk, sofa, and coffee table where guests can work or relax. Throughout the home, Pocket doors disappear to reveal stunning ocean views and allow warm sunlight and fresh sea breezes to fill every room.

They are uniting beauty and functionality; Villa Renata’s gourmet kitchen features a sleek, modern design with premium Viking appliances, dark wood cabinets, elegant white marble countertops, and a marble-topped island with breakfast bar seating. Wood panel privacy screens around the dining room provide an intimate setting to enjoy a delicious sunset meal overlooking views of the glistening Sea of Cortez. Linger at the table and watch the stars come out and the moonlight reflects off the pool’s waters. A floating walkway beneath the pool’s surface leads from the dining room to a covered outdoor lounge area where a casual dining table, sofas, chairs, and massive outdoor fireplace create a cozy spot to sip cocktails in the evening.

The rooftop terrace at Villa Renata is true perfection in design. In addition to the large fireside lounge and dining area, a series of lounge beds and chairs stretches across the terrace with a blazing fire pit as its centerpiece. The rest of the deck is dominated by Renata’s exquisite pool, which extends to the edge of the exterior spaces – flowing like a moat and the living and dining areas of the home. A hidden Jacuzzi bubbles away at the pool’s far end, welcoming a relaxing sunset soak, and the fire pits begin to glow, bathing the terrace in warm light.
