This one-of-a-kind estate is situated on a pristine stretch of beachfront along the Bay of Dreams near La Paz. Nestled on Rancho de Costa, Villa Marlin boasts a private oasis with tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, hiking trails, and a wealth of luxurious amenities. Nearby, you’ll find the culture of La Paz and activities of the East Cape, in addition to a beautiful, new Tom Doak-designed golf course and casual gourmet dining at Restaurant 1535.

Once guests enter the terrace and witness the breathtaking views of the blonde sands and azure waters of the Sea of Cortez, they’re instantly taken to a tranquil paradise. A spectacular panorama surrounds the outdoors with expansive spaces to relax and entertain.

Lush palms encompass the gorgeous swimming pool and swim-up bar while gentle waves of the Sea of Cortez crash below. The ambiance is all tied together with a jacuzzi that seats eight and an outdoor fireplace. A considerable palapa shades an outdoor lounge area and a patio dining area for 16, while a stereo, TV, barbeque/bar, and luxurious deck furniture are all nearby. Just a few steps down from the terrace is the magnificent beach. This exquisite venue can accommodate up to 100 guests sitting (or 150 standing) for weddings, parties, and special events.

Indoors, you’ll find 14,300 square feet of welcoming space spread over two levels. Main features include tile flooring, granite and marble countertops, two full kitchens (with dishwashers), a total gym, and much more. This villa sleeps up to 18 guests with six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom suite has a private entrance, king-sized beds, a balcony/terrace, and ocean views.
