Marble and tile flooring can be seen throughout the home alongside custom wall finishes, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and a spectacular game room with a slate professional pool table. Accommodating up to 13 guests, this villa highlights 5 bedroom suites.

The primary suite showcases a California-king bed, hand-carved furniture, a private custom bathroom with a 2-person tub and a walk-in closet. Separated from the main home through the breezeway is the “surfer” room, which offers a separate bathroom, a twin bed and vibrantly painted walls that are sure to appeal to the wave-rider in all of us. With the perfect locale just a half-mile from town and a quarter-mile from the beach, Villa de la Luz is an extraordinary getaway destination for guests of all ages.
