Villa Carolina boasts incredible views of the Cabo San Lucas Marina in addition to breathtaking Sea of Cortez vistas, Pedregal scenery, expansive city views and lush, green surroundings of the villa’s mature landscaping.

On many nights, you can even catch the magnificent Cabo fireworks from your private, pool deck! Spend your days relaxing poolside around the beautiful 16×32 pool that’s perfect for cooling off from the glorious Baja sunshine, spending time with family and friends or even swimming a few laps for exercise. Under the shaded palapa, you’ll find comfortable lounge chairs with patio dining and a gas barbeque just steps away.

The interior showcases authentic Mexican-style decor with a warm and wonderful light that permeates even throughout the bedrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms offer a comfortable and airy ambiance complete with king-sized beds and their own en suite bathroom. In the main villa, you’ll find 2 bedrooms as well as a detached third bedroom that offers a little extra privacy with its own casita entrance. Additional indoor features include a fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances, new air-conditioning, wireless internet access and a Roku enabled 4K television.

Villa Carolina is located in a coveted location just 3 blocks from town and the marina and less than a mile to Pedregal beach. For an adventurous day, catch the water taxi from the marina to explore Medano Beach! You’ll find everything you need with a villa that’s fully equipped with beach/pool towels, backpack beach chairs and a beach umbrella too!
