There are 7 bedrooms and 7 ½ bathrooms, making it suitable for up to 14 guests.

Every suite offers a private bath and a balcony/terrace while 4 of the suites are only accessible through a private entrance from the outside balcony. Indoor features include an incredible library and den, a full kitchen, exercise equipment, central air-conditioning and a pool table.

The exterior space is just as elegant with an abundance of amenities that will have you hosting a party of 20 with ease. Eight of the attendees can sigh and splash in the jacuzzi alone, although bigger splashes in the stylish pool will be tempting! Outdoor dining is a dream with patio dining and seating for 14, whether the meal is supplied by the full kitchen indoors or the gas barbeque outdoors. For larger events, weddings and celebrations, this home can accommodate up to 60 guests sitting and 100 guests standing. Villa Alegria is a phenomenal choice for exceptional Pacific Ocean views in a coveted location only a mile or less from the beach and downtown.
