Cabo del Sol is a gated golf community on the Los Cabos Corridor, between San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. It is the largest neighbourhood in our Los Cabos collection: fourteen villas and seven condos, from two bedrooms to ten.

The houses are mostly hacienda-style and mostly on or beside the fairways — several stand on the first fairway or the first green of the Ocean course, with the greens falling away toward the Sea of Cortez. One ten-bedroom beachfront estate sleeps twenty-two.

Nearly every one has a heated pool, and most a private jacuzzi: poolside palapas with wet bars, built-in barbecue grills, fire pits, and in one case a custom sixteen-person hot tub.

Why Cabo del Sol?

Cabo del Sol is the Corridor's golf resort community — home to the Desert and Ocean championship courses, with fairways that run toward the Sea of Cortez and villas set along them. The beaches of the Corridor and the restaurants of both Cabos are minutes away in either direction.

01Where is Cabo del Sol?

On the Los Cabos Corridor, the stretch between San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. It is a gated community built around its golf courses, with the fairways running down toward the Sea of Cortez.

02How many villas do you have in Cabo del Sol?

Fourteen villas, plus seven condos — the largest set we have in any Los Cabos neighbourhood. The villas run from four bedrooms to ten; the complete list is on this page and updated live.

03Are the houses on the golf course?

Many are. Several stand on the first fairway or first green of the Ocean course, with views across the greens to the water. A ten-bedroom estate sits on the beach instead.

04What do the houses have outside?

05Is golf included with a villa?

Access and tee times at Cabo del Sol are arranged through your concierge rather than included in the nightly rate. Your written quote confirms what is included and what is charged separately.
