The best time to visit Punta Mita is from December through April, when temperatures range from 75–86°F (24–30°C) with dry, sunny days and cool evening breezes. This is also prime whale-watching season — humpback whales migrate to Banderas Bay from mid-December through March. The dry season from November through May offers the most comfortable weather overall. Summer months (June–October) bring warmer temperatures and afternoon tropical showers, but also uncrowded beaches, lower rates, and the best surfing conditions.

It depends on the villa and community. Four Seasons Private Villas include full access to the Four Seasons Resort’s pools, restaurants, spa, kids’ club, and beach. Villas within certain gated communities like Kupuri, La Punta, and Ranchos Estates have access to the Residents’ Beach Club and Punta Mita’s two Jack Nicklaus golf courses. St. Regis amenities are generally reserved for hotel guests, but your concierge can arrange dining reservations and spa appointments.
