Mahayana has a new little addition to the property! Tucked into the lush flora of Mahayana is our Eclectic Treehouse. The Treehouse offers a unique and rustic way to experience the beauty of​ ​Tulum beach and the Mahayana property. Carefully crafted with natural materials amidst a canopy of tropical palms, our Treehouse is a nature lover’s paradise and offers a humble way to connect with the beach and the sea. This simple home has irresistible romantic charm and everything you need to be comfortable such as a romantic bedroom loft (low ceiling), air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette. While we the Treehouse for free-spirited and adventurous guests, you will still enjoy full use of the luxurious amenities of Mahayana – private beachfront, seaside pool, daily housekeeping, and our guest services. Please note the Treehouse embraces the sounds of the community that surrounds us. We built the walls with slender tree trunks that have become a trademark of local architecture in Tulum. Guests must not be noise-sensitive. You can hear sounds from the street and music from nearby restaurants in the house. Music can go late, and street sounds can start early.
