Staying at Zorba Estate has certain expectations to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. The rates mentioned do not include applicable taxes and security deposits. All rates and reservations must be confirmed in writing before check-in. The property is wheelchair accessible, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the beauty of Tulum. While we love animals, pets are not allowed on the premises.

Additionally, for the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas. We pride ourselves on being an eco-conscious estate and request guests to use air conditioning judiciously. The standard check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. Events are permitted, but certain conditions and fees apply.
