Which villa offers the largest discount?
Villa Ventana leads with thirty percent off new reservations through September 30, 2026. Vista de Aves follows with twenty-five percent off through the end of 2026, subject to a fourteen-night minimum. Five villas offer twenty percent, six offer a complimentary extra night, and our grand estate, Casa Yvonneka, is extending ten percent.

What does "Pay 6 Nights, Stay 7" actually mean?
Selected villas are offering a complimentary seventh night with a paid six-night stay. Villa Veranda and Villa McFuego are offering an even more generous Pay 4, Stay 5 through October 31. The complimentary night is applied at the lower of the seasonal rates overlapping your stay.
What's included in the nightly rate?
Every Puerto Vallarta estate in our portfolio includes daily housekeeping, a dedicated concierge, and the full-service staffing the villa is designed around. Many include a private chef for breakfast or lunch; groceries are billed separately. Government and lodging tax are additional unless otherwise noted. A refundable security deposit is held at check-in.
