You have over 7,000 square feet of indoor living and another 2,000 square feet outdoors, all set against the backdrop of the mesmerizing Pacific Ocean.

Moreover, you can effortlessly access the beach through a communal stairway. This stairway is a shared asset among the four exclusive villas in this secured residential community.

Accommodation Details

You can choose between a five or 6-bedroom rental at Villa Ventura. If you go for the 6-bedroom option, it comfortably houses up to 16 guests. However, if your group exceeds 12, there’s an additional fee of USD 65 plus 19% tax for each extra guest. Keep in mind we count children of all ages as adults.

Safety at Forefront

We always prioritize safety. Due to the unpredictability of ocean currents and tides, we recommend that guests exercise caution when swimming or engaging in beach sports. And remember both the beach and pool lack lifeguard supervision, so it’s essential to stay vigilant.

MAIN LEVEL:

This level houses a bedroom, the primary living and dining areas, and the kitchen. This room boasts a king-size bed, private bath, and courtyard view.

LEVEL #1:

This level offers a bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, AC, and a fan overlooking the inner courtyard.

LEVEL #2:

– *Main Bedroom*: A king-size bed, private bath, A/C, and a TV lead directly to the pool terrace.
– *Bedroom #3*: Contains two queen beds, a private bathroom, A/C, a fan, and pool terrace access.
– *Bedroom #4*: Features two single beds (or one king-size bed), a private bathroom, A/C, and fans.

LEVEL #3:

Nestled two floors below the main level, it has:
– *Bedroom #5 (Lower Master)*: Equipped with a king-size bed, private bathroom, TV, and A/C.
– *Bedroom #6*: Sports two double beds, A/C, and a private bathroom.

Our team, led by **Chef Beto** and his assistant, meets your gastronomic desires. Our houseman caters to in-villa needs, while two devoted housekeepers maintain the villa’s pristine condition. Furthermore, our villa offers A/C in all rooms, a cutting-edge music system, free calls (local and long-distance), a living area TV, and Wi-Fi. We also provide concierge services and can pre-stock amenities as you prefer. As a warm welcome, guests receive a refreshing drink and snack upon arrival.
