Zorba Tres

Zorba Tres is part of the curated Villa Experience collection, a three-bedroom home tucked into the natural flora of the Zorba property in Tulum. The house sits beneath generous tree canopies with a private rooftop terrace of its own, only steps from the shared pool and the powdery white sand of Tulum Beach. It is a private retreat on a beachfront property, in the heart of the Tulum beach area, and it suits a family or a group of friends equally well.

Natural elements and artistic touches throughout the house reflect the relaxed character of Tulum. The villa is centrally placed yet nestled into a peaceful, densely planted property, so guests can reach everything the area offers and still retreat into their own quiet corner of it. The tree canopies that surround the upper floors give the bedrooms a distinctly jungle feel, and tropical birds are constant company.

The main floor holds an open living area with a modern kitchen, a comfortable air-conditioned seating area and a dining table for eight. Glass doors fold back to bring in the sound of the sea, and an outdoor patio with chairs sits just beyond them for slower hours. All three bedrooms occupy the upper levels among the greenery. The master suite takes the top floor with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and a Juliette balcony looking out over the turquoise sea; its glass doors open onto a private rooftop patio with a striking outdoor shower. The two remaining bedrooms share the middle floor, also set among the canopies – one with a king bed, ensuite bathroom and Juliette balcony, the other with a queen bed and built-in bunk beds, an ensuite bathroom and a Juliette balcony with a jungle outlook.

Guests have full use of the wider property: the welcome entrance, the large communal pool, a shared rooftop perch overlooking the beach, a yoga shala and fitness studio, and a beachfront laid out with loungers and day beds. Stand-up paddleboards, sea kayaks and boogie boards are available throughout the stay. The beach here is a long stretch of soft white sand meeting clear, warm Caribbean water, with palms for natural shade and palapas set back from the shoreline. Staff are on site daily to welcome and assist, security is present at night, and chef service can be arranged on request.
