Zorba Dos

Zorba Dos is part of the curated Villa Experience collection, a three-bedroom home set on the naturally landscaped Zorba property in Tulum. It stands steps from both the sea and the refreshing communal pool, designed for unhurried beach stays that balance the privacy of a residence with the support of a professionally managed villa. The layout suits a family or a group of friends travelling together, with sleeping arrangements spread across three levels so everyone keeps a measure of their own space.

Natural materials and artisanal detail run throughout the house. Copper lighting, handcrafted tiles, coloured glass windows and organic toiletries give the interiors the relaxed, crafted character particular to Tulum. The villa sits centrally within a peaceful, densely planted property, so the restaurants, beach clubs and spas of the Boca Paila corridor stay close at hand while the house itself remains a quiet retreat. Tropical birds inhabit the gardens, and the sound of water carries from the pool through most of the ground floor.

The main floor opens into a bright kitchen, a comfortable air-conditioned seating area and a dining table for six. Glass doors slide back to let the sea in. Having a full kitchen this close to the water earns its keep – cold drinks within reach, easy snacks, and a Nespresso machine for the first cup of the morning, though guests are asked to bring their own pods as only a few are provided. The first bedroom sits on the main level with a queen bed, an ensuite shower room and a large window that opens to the greenery. Two further bedrooms occupy the upper levels among the palms: a master with a king bed, sea views, an ensuite bathroom and a Juliette balcony, and a third with a queen bed, its own ensuite bathroom and a second Juliette balcony.

Guests have the run of the wider property, including the welcome entrance, the large communal pool, a shared rooftop perch with a bird’s-eye view over the beach, a yoga shala and fitness studio, and a beachfront set out with loungers and day beds. Stand-up paddleboards, sea kayaks and boogie boards are all there to be used. Staff are on site daily to welcome and assist guests, security is present at night, and chef service can be arranged on request.
