Las Villas offers eight en-suite bedrooms accommodating up to 16 guests in complete privacy, with a maximum occupancy of 18 guests including children. In Casa Cosmos, the Penthouse Suite features a king bed, en-suite bath with double vanity, walk-in closet, separate living area, and a private terrace with ocean views. The Pool Suite offers a king bed, ocean and pool views, a dedicated workspace, and a modern en-suite bathroom. The Terraza Suite includes a king bed, large sundeck, spacious living room, ocean views, and an en-suite with double vanity. Additional Casa Cosmos accommodations include a Terraza Room with king bed, garden and ocean views, smart TV, and en-suite bath, plus a Garden Room with king bed, garden-facing outlook, and double-vanity bathroom.

Casa Mia, available with 6–8 bedroom bookings, elevates the experience with additional ocean-view suites. The Horizon Suite offers a king bed, ocean-view terrace, bathtub, large walk-in closet, and private en-suite. The Palmera Suite features a king bed, ocean view, soaking tub, double vanity, and elegant finishes. A Terraza Room with a king bed plus two twin beds and garden view is ideal for families, complete with its own en-suite bathroom.

Indoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and entertaining. Two indoor living and dining areas accommodate groups of all sizes, supported by a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen with chef’s prep area. A fully equipped fitness room, central A/C throughout, sound system, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure modern comfort and seamless connectivity.

Outdoors, two infinity-edge swimming pools and a private Jacuzzi overlook the Pacific, creating a dramatic backdrop for sunbathing, sunset cocktails, or late-afternoon lounging. Las Villas is fully staffed for a resort-style, all-inclusive villa experience. A dedicated house manager and concierge coordinate every detail, while a chef and kitchen steward prepare three meals daily (with groceries billed separately). A professional waiter and bartender serve beverages and meals, complemented by daily housekeeping and turndown service. A personal shopper is available for pre-stocking groceries and special requests, and staff service is provided from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily (with surcharges outside these hours). For safety and hygiene reasons, guests are not allowed to cook.

Meal service follows a relaxed yet structured schedule: breakfast from 9:00–10:00 AM, lunch from 1:00–2:00 PM, and dinner at 7:00 PM, with a surcharge for dinners served after 7:00 PM and a latest possible dinner at 8:00 PM.

Occupancy is based on two guests per bedroom, with the option for up to two additional guests in the media room at an extra nightly fee plus tax. Infants (non-walkers) in cribs stay at no extra charge, and children under 10 are considered on a case-by-case basis. A 5-bedroom booking includes Casa Cosmos, the main pool, gym, palapa, and primary social areas, while 6–8 bedroom bookings add Casa Mia with its second pool and Jacuzzi.

Las Villas is also an exceptional venue for events such as weddings and special celebrations, subject to prior approval and an event fee based on total attendance. All events must conclude by 11:00 PM, use a certified local planner, and comply with house rules and occupancy limits.
