Casa Mandala is a stylish three-bedroom beach villa within the Mahayana Tulum collection, set back slightly from the sea amid the tropical gardens and palm trees of this exclusive guest-only property on Tulum’s Beach Zone. With unrestricted beach access and a private shade structure with loungers on the sand, the villa captures the laid-back artistic spirit of Tulum while providing all the comforts of a full-service vacation home for up to seven guests. Beautiful artistic touches and ambient lighting throughout create an atmosphere that is both relaxing and visually engaging.

The top floor is devoted to a large master suite perched in the canopy of the trees, surrounded by windows and lush foliage on all four sides, with a king-size bed, comfortable linens, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second floor features two bedrooms with private entrances from outside, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bed plus a single, sharing a bathroom accessible via a shared hallway. A retractable wall between the rooms allows guests to keep them separate for privacy or open them up for a more connected layout. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and the main-floor living area also has climate control available.

The main floor is open concept, with a living room, dining area, and kitchen that opens through a wall of glass doors onto a wooden lanai with stylish outdoor furniture and a private swimming pool. The Mahayana beachfront provides shade palapas and loungers on the sand, sea kayaks, boogie boards, and a children’s swing, making it an excellent choice for families. A guest-only taco and breakfast stand on the property serves food and fresh juices daily. Daily housekeeping, concierge, and security are included, with private chef service, massages, yoga, and airport transfers available on request.

Mahayana’s central location in the boutique hotel area puts Tulum’s most desirable restaurants and yoga studios within a few minutes’ walk, while the Maya Luxe team can arrange private chef dining on site. The Mayan ruins, cenotes, and Sian Ka’an Biosphere are all a short drive away. Cancun International Airport is approximately 146 kilometers north, and the new Tulum International Airport is 53 kilometers south.
