Casa Karma

Casa Karma is a private beachfront estate in Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta — and one of the city’s only private beachfront venues for weddings and celebrations of up to 200 guests. Eight ensuite suites sleep 18 overnight guests across 10,000 square feet of terraces stepping down the hillside to a semi-private cove, with an infinity pool suspended over Banderas Bay and an on-site team that has hosted stays and celebrations here for years.

It is a house, not a hotel. A private chef cooks to your table from customized menus, and daily housekeeping, waiter and bartender service, laundry and a personal concierge are all included with the stay. The galleries and restaurants of the Romantic Zone are a five-minute drive away — close enough for dinner in town, far enough to hear only the surf — and PVR airport is roughly twenty-five minutes.

The eight suites — Love Vine (the penthouse), Orchid, Forget-me-not, Primavera, Agave, Morning Glory, Hibiscus and Bugambilia — each have ensuite baths; seven hold king beds and one a pair of queens. An elevator serves the levels, and an open-air atrium, formal dining room, gourmet kitchen and free on-site parking round out the estate.

For celebrations, three cascading beachfront event terraces flow down to the sand. The Labyrinth Terrace seats 150 for a ceremony or 120 for a banquet around its Chartres-style stone labyrinth, with direct beach access; the Middle Terrace (70 ceremony / 50 banquet) carries a full bar, restrooms and a dressing room for the couple; and the Garden Terrace, with its fountain and signature orchid wall, hosts lounge receptions and welcome parties. Fireworks rise over Banderas Bay most evenings. The event fee is $3,000 USD plus tax, with full-villa booking and a four-night minimum for weekend events — trusted local planners are introduced on inquiry.
