Casa de las Palmas is a stunning four-bedroom beachfront villa within the Mahayana Tulum collection, designed with natural elements and artistic touches that reflect the laid-back vibe of Tulum Beach. The main living area opens directly onto soft white sand, with a gorgeous pathway leading to the seaside swimming pool, shade palapas, day beds, and beach loungers that are exclusive to Mahayana guests. Accommodating up to eight guests, the villa is particularly well suited for families, with a children’s swing on the beach, complimentary cribs and highchairs, and a welcoming atmosphere that balances comfort with coastal elegance.

The villa is arranged across two levels with four bedrooms. On the main floor, a queen-bedded room with garden views and ensuite bathroom provides ground-level convenience. Upstairs, two bedrooms with balconies and sea views occupy the second level, one featuring a king bed with a rooftop patio and seating area on the balcony, the other offering a queen bed plus bunk beds suitable for children or additional guests. Each bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with shower, and WiFi access. The rooftop patio on the master suite is one of the villa’s highlights, catching ocean breezes and providing a private vantage point over the property.

Outside, the Mahayana beachfront is a family paradise. Shade palapas and loungers line the sand, and complimentary sea kayaks, boogie boards, and stand-up paddleboards invite exploration of the turquoise Caribbean. A guest-only taco and breakfast stand on the property serves food and fresh juices throughout the day.
