Two are whole houses on the sand. One is a seven-bedroom beachfront villa for fourteen with direct beach access, a covered outdoor dining area and a garden. The other is not a single house at all but a group of five independent bungalow suites arranged around open-plan common areas, with winding paths between them.
Those five suites can also be taken one at a time — a ground-floor bungalow among palms and bougainvillea, two upper-floor suites where the garden falls away and the ocean opens across the treetops, and two family suites with room for two adults and two children.
Everything here shares a beachfront position, ocean-view palapas for shaded dining and a pool with terraces. The airport at Puerto Escondido is a thirty-five-minute drive and La Punta Zicatela twenty.
