Isla Mujeres, in short.

Isla Mujeres is the island off Cancún, twenty to thirty minutes across the water. Our houses here are all on Sac Bajo, the sheltered western shore: three six-bedroom beachfront villas side by side, which can also be taken together as one eighteen-bedroom property for forty-eight.

Each has its own heated pool and jacuzzi, direct beach access, a terrace with lounge and dining areas, and a grill bar with a wood-fired oven. A private dock runs out in front of all three.

Guests arrive by private vehicle to the marina on the mainland and then by boat to the dock, rather than on the public ferry. The island centre is a short golf-cart ride, and kayaks and paddleboards go out from the dock itself.

Why Isla Mujeres?

Isla Mujeres sits a short crossing off Cancún, and its two shores are quite different. The eastern side faces the open Caribbean; the western one, Sac Bajo, looks back across the calm Bahía de Mujeres at the Cancún skyline, and the water there is sheltered enough to swim and paddle in all day.

That is where our houses are. Three six-bedroom beachfront villas stand side by side on the sand with a private dock in front of them, each with a heated pool and jacuzzi and a grill bar with a wood-fired oven. Taken together they become an eighteen-bedroom property for forty-eight — the most private way to stay on the island.
