Xpu-Ha is a beach on the Riviera Maya coast between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, sixteen miles south of Playa and twenty-six north of Tulum. We have three villas here, from four bedrooms to seven, sleeping eight to fourteen.
Two of them are beachfront. One is a colonial-style retreat set on a thirty-acre property three minutes’ walk from the sand, with a pool in a tropical garden, a pool palapa and a beachfront cabana. Another is a beachfront residence with three swimming pools on different levels, including one on the rooftop terrace, and 360-degree ocean and jungle views.
The third is set back in the jungle as a wellness sanctuary — seven bedrooms, three patios, a cenote with a slide, a cocktail deck and covered outdoor dining.
Cancún airport is about an hour and a quarter away; Tulum International is closer, at around forty-nine miles. Akumal is a ten-minute drive south.
