Both are beachfront and both are large. The eight-bedroom house covers 16,792 square feet; the thirteen-bedroom estate covers 32,292 and is divided so that a group can stay together without losing privacy. Between them they are the biggest houses in our Akumal collection.
Outside there are cocktail decks, fire pits for a beach barbecue, beach chairs and umbrellas, and 360-degree ocean and jungle views from the larger estate.
Restaurants and bars are 850 m away and a grocery store 2.1 km. Tulum is 28 km south, Playa del Carmen 39 km north, and Cancún airport 94 km.
