Casa Milah Akumal is an eight-bedroom beachfront villa on Half Moon Bay, bringing generous indoor-outdoor living to one of the Riviera Maya’s most established coastal communities. The property encompasses 16,792 square feet, with 7,535 square feet inside and 9,257 square feet outdoors. Its white architecture frames a private swimming pool, terraces and the Caribbean horizon, while direct beach access places the bay at the center of each day. The setting works equally well for relaxed family stays, groups of friends and small destination celebrations that value privacy and attentive service.

The main living areas are open, bright and designed to remain connected to the water. Indoor and outdoor lounges flow toward dining terraces, the pool and ocean-facing gathering spaces. The kitchen is supported by an oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee equipment, blender and juicer, while barware and dedicated cocktail areas make entertaining straightforward. Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fans, satellite television, music systems, safety boxes and family essentials such as a crib and highchair support longer stays without losing the villa’s uncluttered coastal character.

All eight bedrooms have flexible king-or-twin configurations and private ensuite bathrooms with showers, plus two guest powder rooms — eight full and two half bathrooms in total. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor, including two with direct access to the pool area and ocean-and-pool views; the third opens to a private terrace and has a partial ocean view. Five bedrooms occupy the upper level, where balconies, hammocks or seating areas extend several rooms outdoors. Ocean, partial-ocean or pool views vary by room, and the confirmed public bathroom count is eight full bathrooms. Standard pricing accommodates up to 16 guests, with a maximum overnight occupancy of 19 under the current extra-guest terms.

Outside, the pool terrace opens toward the beach and is furnished for days in the sun or shade. Guests have access to loungers, umbrellas, hammocks, kayaks, life jackets and pool floats, together with a cocktail deck and rooftop seating area. Alfresco dining can be organized around the outdoor grill, beach barbecue area or Italian wood-burning pizza oven. A fire pit, outdoor shower and bathroom, volleyball setup and on-site security add practical range for families and groups moving between the house, pool and shoreline.

Daily housekeeping is included from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and chef service is available from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. On arrival day, the included meal service is dinner; on departure day, it is breakfast. Grocery costs are additional and carry the source-stated 20% shopping fee. A house manager, concierge and gardener are also included, creating a supported stay without making the villa feel formal. Babysitting and nanny services can be arranged at additional cost, and the concierge can assist with local activities and transportation.

Half Moon Bay provides access to the reefs, beaches and marine experiences for which Akumal is known. Guests can plan snorkeling, turtle encounters, yacht days and visits to nearby cenotes or cultural sites, then return to the privacy of the pool and beachfront terraces. A professional curated wellness program is also offered as separate activities or a multiday retreat. Cancún International Airport is approximately 94 kilometers away and Tulum International Airport approximately 68 kilometers away. Tulum is about 28 kilometers from the villa, Playa del Carmen about 39 kilometers away and the listed hospital approximately 36.9 kilometers away.
